[00]Terms

Terms of service

The terms that govern use of this website and engagements with Keelo.

[01]

Acceptance of terms

By using this website or engaging Keelo AI LLC (“Keelo,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. The specifics of any engagement are governed by a separate signed agreement, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.

[02]

What Keelo does

Keelo designs, builds, deploys, and — where an engagement calls for it — operates bespoke AI systems for enterprise clients. The scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, and responsibilities of each engagement are defined in that engagement’s agreement, not on this website.

[03]

Use of this website

This website is provided for information. No account is required. You agree not to:

  • Use it in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or interfere with its operation
  • Transmit malicious code or scrape it in a way that disrupts service

[04]

Engagements and deliverables

Work performed for a client, including scope, acceptance, fees, and ownership of deliverables and intellectual property, is governed entirely by the engagement agreement. Nothing on this website creates an engagement or a binding offer.

[05]

Client data and responsibilities

Where an engagement requires it, the client grants Keelo the access needed to build and operate the agreed systems, and is responsible for having the right to share any data it provides. Keelo accesses that data on a least-privilege basis and uses it only to deliver and run what was agreed.

[06]

Fees

Fees and payment terms are defined in each engagement agreement. This website does not offer a subscription, account, or self-serve product.

[07]

Service levels

Any availability, support, or service-level commitments for a deployed or operated system are defined in the relevant engagement agreement. We make no service-level guarantee through this website.

[08]

Confidentiality

Confidential information exchanged in connection with an engagement is protected under the mutual confidentiality terms of that engagement agreement.

[09]

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement.

[10]

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in its agreement. Your right to use this website ends if you misuse it.

[11]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and revise the date below.

[12]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
