Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
